Margik Foundation is a community-based NGO working on skill development, women empowerment, and building a drug-free society. We believe lasting change happens through steady, local, well-documented work rather than one-off events.
Our teams run vocational training batches, support women's self-help groups with livelihood and financial literacy inputs, and run de-addiction awareness and counselling support in partnership with local institutions and volunteers.

Each program is run as a standing track with its own batches, cohorts, and follow-up — not a one-time event.
Skill Development
Vocational and trade training — tailoring, computer literacy, and job-ready skill batches for youth and adults, run in partnership with local training partners.
Women Empowerment
Self-help group formation, micro-livelihood support, and financial literacy sessions that help women build independent, sustained income.
Drug‑Free Society
Community awareness campaigns in schools and neighbourhoods, plus counselling referrals and support groups for individuals in recovery.
